Most of us know that article marketing is one of the best ways to drive traffic and that PPC is too difficult or costly for most. But how about other methods?
Have you considered YouTube marketing? It is very easy now to convert your articles into videos using software like Camtasia or websites like Animoto.What about document sites? Are you republishing all your articles at sites like Scribd? If not, why not? It generates some serious traffic for many marketers, myself included.

After that, you need to test it for a period to see how much better the improvement is because you might be able to make even more with further tweaks.
And how about list building? Are you building an email list at the moment? This is usually the one thing that most marketers leave until they are full-time and then they deeply regret not having one earlier. You should drop your losing niches and concentrate on your better niches.
And the next time you choose a niche you should evaluate it analytically. What is the demand for this niche (in terms of searches)? What is the competition for this niche (competing number of sites for a chosen keyword).
You should also build your site around a single primary keyword and several secondary keywords and make a plan to dominate the search engines for them. If you hit the top spot then you can expect around 75% of all the traffic from the search engines which will be a great reward for you.
