PPC Advertising – What Works Better, PPC Advertising or Article Marketing?

 PPC  advertising or article marketing? Tough call, eh?  PPC  advertising is fast, that is for sure. And it creates response for sure. And it is easy – just set up the account and send them your money.

But article marketing is time consuming, is not fast, you cannot predict how many subscribers you will get per day until you get past 2-3 hundred articles published in the right article directory.

 PPC  advertising stops when you stop sending the money. You are turned off when you run out of money. Just like that. No more leads.

With article marketing, I couldn’t stop it if I wanted to. No way. Even if I pulled every article from every article directory, I have so many published articles all over the web on private web sites that it would be almost impossible to pull the plug.

 PPC  advertising gets me about a 15% open rate on the emails I send to subscribers who subscribed via the popular  PPC  company (you know who).

Article marketing gets me a 70% open rate on the emails I send to subscribers who subscribed via articles I have written.

This is a no brainer for me.

So what about you? Obviously you need to do some testing before you will know just what works for you. But do not think that you have to make  PPC  work in order for you to be successful. You can do just as well, probably much better, with articles. Give it a shot!
